Program Details  
  • Handle client inquiries on Mercer College programs, assist public workshop marketing and promotion activities, supervise payment process, update client database and launch emailing campaigns.
  • As learning hotline service agent to respond in-coming call and make effective selling of all learning products.
  • Assist vendor management for logistics arrangement and assist trainer appraisal and management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR related fields or 1 year of consulting experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Commitment to high quality and timely delivery.
  • Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Financial knowledge and project management experience.
