Program Details
  • As a Research Analyst/Consultant there is a requirement to support, through research and analysis, the delivery of quality advice and outcomes to our clients. You will be part of a team undertaking research, modelling and report writing on a range of property projects located is South East Asia. The majority of the project work relates to master planning and integrated resort developments
  • Whilst reporting to the Director (Development & Project Management) you will also enjoy a close working relationship with the company’s Regional Director. You will be one of a broader team dedicated to providing accurate, timely and insightful market research and advice to clients of Savills
  • Manage and undertake field research to obtain primary data and knowledge across a wide range of sources and networks. This may include travelling, relatively regularly, to cities throughout Asia
  • Collate and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for consulting assignments and assisting the team to deliver property advice to client
  • Use appropriate tools such as GIS, internal databases and Microsoft Office products to extract, populate and manipulate data
  • Provide support and manage team members in their research tasks, servicing client requirements including the tabulation of data and report preparations
  • Prepare draft client reports that are to be reviewed by senior team members and or other department heads 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Excellent communications skills to liaise with different team members and clients
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Able to work in a high dynamic team
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • High willingness to travel regularly
