Program Details
  • Become a subject matter expert in compensation related HR processes, using this knowledge and data to introduce process efficiencies and improvements, analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate compensation offers for Google candidates and role-transfers.
  • Develop data-driven solutions focused on improving both operational efficiencies and employee experience, identifying both short and long term opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to develop seamless operational processes to support Google's People Operation policies. This will include collaborating with teams virtually cross region and location.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for all your processes and provide training to your colleagues where required.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with spreadsheet software.
  • Experience in communications.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with analyzing, validating and developing business process requirements.
  • Experience with analyzing data and presenting trends to peers and managers, highlighting data patterns that could be useful for making business decisions.
  • Experience working at a consulting firm or working on large-scale project and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with compensation delivery and HR domain.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and process documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, vendors and international teams.
