- Posts open positions to appropriate job boards, sources resumes and identify potential candidates based upon job requirements.
- Qualifying candidates, conducts pre-screening phone interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process
- Conducts on-site interviews with hiring manager, assists with selection process, and processes offer to selected candidates
- Maintains candidate information and reporting in the applicant tracking system
- Maintains a high level of integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information
- Supporting the business development team helping to target our key prospects and map key accounts
- Supporting pre sales and analysis teams to set up accounts and analyse data to derive key insights
- Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to write creative and attractive job advertisements that attract high-caliber candidates
- A natural at building and maintaining relationships with candidates & business leaders
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to be detail oriented
